Garlicky Lamb Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 slice bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
Mix together.
Scoop (with cookie scoop) or roll into balls and place on parchment paper on jelly roll pan.
Bake in 425 degree F oven until browned, about 15 minutes.
