We ship Monday thru Thursday. Orders received will ship next day unless otherwise requested. Orders placed on Thrusday will ship Friday in  one-day zone or Monday in two-day zone. 

Using FedEx Home ground delivery service, the region in pink will arrive in one day. The Blue area will arrive in 2 days. Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available for all of the US. 

Due to the perishable, time sensitive, fresh never frozen nature of our product we offer no more than 48 hour shipping. This guarantees your orders arrive fresh and in a ready to cook condition. 

Using FEDEX Overnight and 2 day shipping does require a signature upon delivery and thus is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of the pending delivery and to make appropriate arrangements to ensure freshness. 

If purchasing as a gift please make the recipient aware as we cannot be held responsible for packages unattended for 24hrs or more.
