Due to the perishable, time-sensitive, fresh-never-frozen nature of our meats, we offer only overnight or 2-day shipping. This guarantees your orders arrive fresh and in a ready to cook condition.
FEDEX Overnight and 2-day shipping do require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware of the pending delivery and to make appropriate arrangements to ensure freshness. If purchasing as a gift please make the recipient aware of this requirement.
If our products arrived damaged, the vacuum sealed packaging is broken AND the cool packs are broken, or the product is not cool to the touch. please contact us right away. Other items are eligible for a refund, if returned within 7 days of the purchase. It must unopened and in its original condition. Contact us to get a free shipping label.
