Vermont Butcher Shop Pancetta


For this product we stayed close to the Southern Italian roots of Pancetta Tesa. Keeping with this flat style and by dry curing we feel we produce a special product that has subtle notes of fennel, black pepper and that good melt in your mouth feel. Try this diced in your traditional family recipes or simply a great addition to your charcuterie boards.

No Nitrites or Nitrates except those naturally occurring in celery powder.
