Our House Smoked Pork Belly is our answer to No Nitrate No Nitrite Bacon. We don't even use celery juice powder to achieve that bacon flavor! Seasoned, Apple/Hickory Smoked and glazed with Pure Vermont Maple Syrup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Slice it and cook it just like bacon, just don't call it that. Right?  1lb sliced medium thickness.
