Cabot Clothbound Cheddar


This historic collaboration between Cabot Creamery and Jasper Hill Cellars, in our opinion, created one of the best cheddar cheeses that Vermont has to offer. Aged 9-14 months in its own special room in the cellars, this cheese is crumbly with notes of toasted nuts and caramel, and just the right amount sharpness. 1/2 lb.
